Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
